About Me

Hi! I am Helen Overton-Smith, and I spend my life baking! I am a friendly home baker, based in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex and hold a Food Hygiene Rating of 5 Stars, the highest standard, as well as having my certificate in Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene for Catering.

I have always loved baking; one of my earliest memories is icing my Mum's sponge cakes, ready for a slice to go into our school sandwich boxes!

What started as a hobby, grew steadily into a passion as I made birthday cakes and treats for my family and friends. Now my cake and bake addiction has taken over!

I love to bake and take pride in creating bespoke wedding cakes, celebration cakes, cupcakes, and a wide selection of teatime treats including cakes, scones, cookies, pastries and sweet buns to delight and satisfy your sweet tooth!
