By placing an order from Helen’s Teatime Treats, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

A non-refundable deposit/booking fee of 25% of the total price is required to secure the date for your order and the rest to be paid

48 hours before delivery/collection.

Helen’s Teatime Treats does offer the option for delivery, depending on location.

An additional delivery charge according to post code may be applied. For an accurate delivery quote, please do not hesitate to get in contact with your post code.

If you collect your cake, please note that once your cake has left my premises it is not my responsibility for any damages, so please handle with care; I suggest holding the box on the bottom and avoid touching the sides of box. Please store cakes in their box in the fridge or a cool dry place to avoid damage/melting. I also recommend transporting cakes in the foot well of your car, or somewhere flat, such as the boot, with air conditioning to keep it cool.

Cupcakes, afternoon tea or coffee time selections should be stored in their box in a cool, dry place.  Patisserie selections with cream will need to be kept in a cool bag or fridge before serving.

 

Whilst I do make gluten and dairy free cakes, on request, please be aware that all my orders are prepared in a kitchen where nuts and gluten are present, as well as other allergens. I cannot guarantee that any food item is completely free from allergens, due to risk of cross contamination.
